1. Overview

LeFleur Premier Transportation (“LeFleur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS (text message) notification program to clients who have completed a ride with us. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from LeFleur as described in these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Program Description

After completing a ride with LeFleur, you may receive a one-time text message inviting you to leave a Google review about your experience. This program is solely for the purpose of requesting post-ride feedback and does not include marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on ride activity. You should generally expect no more than one (1) message per completed ride.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number when booking a reservation or otherwise interacting with LeFleur, you consent to receive a post-ride text message at that number. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from LeFleur.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. LeFleur is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to your receipt of these messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message, and you will not receive further texts from this program. You may opt back in at any time by contacting us using the information below.

7. Changes to These Terms
