FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How far in advance do I need to confirm the details of my reservation?
Please confirm your pickup time and pickup and drop-off locations at least 72 hours before your reservation date. This ensures your driver is fully prepared and your trip goes smoothly.
How many stops can the driver make between pickup and drop-off?
- Our driver can accommodate multiple stops between your pickup and drop-off locations.
- Keep in mind that additional stops add travel time, so factor this into your planning when booking. Your rate is based on a specific pickup and drop-off window.
- If a later drop-off is needed on the day of your trip, we will do our best to accommodate depending on vehicle availability, and additional charges will apply.
Can my reservation be extended past the scheduled drop-off time?
Extensions may be possible depending on vehicle availability that day, but this should not be factored into your planning. We recommend booking the full amount of time you anticipate needing at the time of reservation.
Can underage passengers consume alcohol, use drugs, or vape while in a LeFleur Premier vehicle?
- No. Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol, using drugs, or vaping in any of our vehicles.
- LeFleur Premier Transportation reserves the right to immediately terminate any trip if passengers under the age of 21 are found to be in violation of this policy.
- If the trip is terminated for this reason, no refund will be issued, and parents or legal guardians will be contacted to retrieve their minor(s). The presence of illegal drugs, alcohol, or weapons in any vehicle will also result in immediate trip termination without refund.
Are there any limits on travel distance within my reserved time frame?
No. There are no mileage or distance limits within your scheduled pickup and drop-off window.
Will the driver wait on-site during my event?
Our driver will remain on-site only if your reservation is structured as a drop-off and return pickup. If you have specific on-site waiting needs, please discuss this with us at the time of booking.
Are there cleaning fees I should be aware of?
Yes. Passengers are responsible for the condition of the vehicle during and after their trip. The following cleaning fees may be applied to your invoice:
- $200 for excessive trash, food, or liquid spills left in the vehicle
- $200 for vomit or an unreasonable amount of glitter or similar substances left in the vehicle
We ask that all passengers treat our vehicles with care and respect.
Is there a passenger code of conduct?
Yes. We ask that all passengers treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Verbal abuse, threatening language, or disrespectful conduct toward the driver
- Hanging out of windows or any other unsafe behavior while the vehicle is in motion
- Unruly or disruptive conduct that compromises the safety of the driver or other passengers
Our drivers reserve the right to terminate any trip immediately if passengers are behaving in an unsafe or disrespectful manner.
